This website is a purely static information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no contact forms, and embeds no content from third-party servers (such as external fonts, maps or videos). Personal data is processed only in the cases described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external hosting provider. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This typically includes:

• the IP address of the requesting device,
• date and time of access,
• the file or page requested,
• transferred data volume and HTTP status code,
• browser type and version, operating system,
• referrer URL (previously visited page).

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, stability and security of the website. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate specific security incidents. Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e-mail address, content of the message, and, where applicable, your name and other details) in order to handle your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or the transfer is necessary to process your inquiry.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Officer (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte), Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.

This website uses TLS encryption (recognizable by “https://” in your browser's address bar). This protects data transmitted when the page is accessed from being read by third parties.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We will update this privacy policy whenever data processing on this website changes (for example, due to a change of hosting provider or new features).
